Mentorship and knowledge sharing are the pillars of Albourne’s supportive and inclusive culture which empower university students and graduates to develop and achieve their full potential.&nbsp;The Role&nbsp;As a&nbsp;QA Automation Intern&nbsp;in the IT Team, you will be introduced to the world of software quality engineering and automated testing. You will gain hands‑on experience working with real systems and applications, learning how automated tests are designed, executed, and&nbsp;monitored&nbsp;across Albourne’s internal platforms.&nbsp; You will develop both your technical and analytical skills while working closely with QA Engineers and Developers to support the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;Insights to the Role<ul><li>Assist&nbsp;with monitoring existing automated test pipelines, reviewing test execution results, and preparing simple reports for the QA and Development teams&nbsp;</li><li>Support QA Engineers in conducting automated testing and helping&nbsp;identify&nbsp;basic issues within internal systems&nbsp;</li><li>Help expand automated website testing for new and existing web applications under guidance&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in monitoring performance, stability, and regression indicators across web applications&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to user log analysis to help understand real user behavior and turn findings into simple test scenarios&nbsp;</li><li>Help with documentation, including updating test cases, test steps, and automation notes&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic manual testing when&nbsp;required&nbsp;to support new features or urgent releases&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in learning tasks and small QA or automation projects assigned by the Head of IT&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What we’re looking for<ul><li>Students currently completing their final year of a Bachelor’s or&nbsp;Master’s&nbsp;program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical degree&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of software testing principles (manual or automated)&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with any programming language (Java is an advantage)&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in web automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn&nbsp;new technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment under deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Professional, cooperative demeanor and strong interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to sign and&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;Albourne Compliance Manuals and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Sign and comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals and procedures</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Exposure to a fast-paced collaborative and multi-cultural office environment</li><li>Participate in unique training sessions and continuously learn about the data industry</li><li>Take part in challenging assignments</li><li>Open plan office equipped with kitchen facilities and communal entertainment area</li><li>Laptop for completion of duties</li><li>Fun social activities&nbsp;</li><li>Take part in unique Albourne-organized events and network with colleagues</li><li>Free office parking</li></ul>Job Type:&nbsp;Full time intern for no less than 3 month duration (1st June 2026 – 31st August 2026)Location:&nbsp;Dali, Nicosia, CyprusNumber of Positions : 1Work authorization:&nbsp;Must be eligible to work in Cyprus&nbsp;Albourne embraces&nbsp;diversity and equal opportunity for all its employees.
